Return Policy

At Fovama, we understand your concerns about shopping over the Internet and through catalog retailers

Our return policy is simple:
• Merchandise returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery, in original condition, is not subject to restocking fees, and you may return your rug and pad for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.*

If you do decide to return the rug & pad, you must:
• Email us for the Return Authorization Number
• Repack the rug and pad in their original or equivalent packaging
• and return it.

We will promptly credit your account or refund you with a check minus the shipping and handling charges for both directions. PLEASE NOTE: Even though we have an extremely liberal return policy, we will not accept damaged or used merchandise.

Send the package, via UPS or any other carrier of your choice who can insure the package, to our headquarters at:
